Pricing & Weight
How much does a rental cost?
PDX Dumpster pricing starts at $385 for a 15-yard dumpster and $415 for 7-yard and 20-yard dumpsters, plus $0.13 per pound for disposal weight. Your pricing is confirmed before delivery, with no hidden fuel or drop-off fees.
Are there hidden fees?
No. We keep pricing straightforward and explain how the base rate and disposal weight work before delivery. Customers know what the dumpster costs and how material type can affect the total before the job starts.
What is the 7-yard bin for?
Our 7-yard dumpster is best for heavy debris like concrete, dirt, sod, brick, tile, asphalt, and similar dense material. It is designed for weight-heavy loads that should not go into a larger mixed-debris container.
Property Protection
Will it damage my driveway?
Our bins use rubber tires instead of steel wheels, which helps reduce the risk of driveway damage. We also use protection boards during placement to help spread the load and create a cleaner, more residential-friendly setup.
Can you fit in tight spaces?
Yes. Our towable dumpsters are easier to place in tighter residential settings than a large roll-off truck. That can make a big difference for narrow driveways, alley access, sloped approaches, and tighter neighborhood layouts.
Do I need a street permit?
If the dumpster goes in your driveway or on private property, a permit is usually not required. If you need street placement, permit requirements can apply depending on the city, and we can help you plan around that before delivery.
Ordering & Service
How long is the rental?
Standard rentals are 4 days. If you need more time or want an earlier pickup, contact our local team and we can coordinate the best timing based on your project and route availability.
Where do you deliver?
We serve Portland, Oregon City, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Hillsboro, Gresham, Milwaukie, Wilsonville, Sherwood, Sandy, and other nearby Portland metro communities.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day or next-day delivery is often available depending on timing, route density, and dumpster availability. Calling earlier in the day gives you the best chance of securing same-day service.
Why these questions matter before you book
Most dumpster rental problems happen before the bin is ever delivered. The right size, the right placement, and the right pricing explanation all matter.
What we help customers figure out every day
First-time renters often assume the biggest question is volume, but in real jobs the bigger issues are usually driveway access, material weight, and how debris will actually be loaded. Concrete, dirt, roofing, flooring, cabinets, drywall, and household junk all behave differently when it comes to dumpster sizing and disposal cost.
That is why we guide customers toward the right fit before delivery. A 7-yard dumpster may be the right call for heavy materials, while a 15-yard dumpster often works for remodels and cleanouts, and a 20-yard dumpster makes more sense for larger roofing or tear-out projects.
Asking these questions upfront usually saves the customer time, protects the property better, and reduces the chance of ordering the wrong container for the job.
